  • New overall user experience and information architecture, highlighting key application areas and surfacing notifications to users.
  • Ability to process notifications and convert them to tasks.
  • Ability to create tasks relative to specific accounts, assign them to people and establish due dates.
  • Ability to work with tasks, complete them and generate account touch points as a result of task completion.
  • Updated user experience related to lists and reports.  Specifically, easier management of folders and folder architecture.
  • Updated user experience associated with the account profile.
